First Visit

What to expect

At the first visit the patient is asked to fill out a health history form to determine if there are any contraindications in having treatment. A panorex x-ray may be taken to complete our diagnostic material. Any insurance forms should be brought to the first visit so our office staff can check the amount of your insurance benefit. At this visit you may be shown other cases of a similar nature that have been successfully treated at this office.

How to prepare

There is no preparation except cleaning the teeth before the examination.
